LEADERSHIP TEAM

Meet the Pastor and First Lady

Pastor Dr. Broderick Sings

“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel…” (Luke 4:18)

Dr. Broderick Sings, born in Lansing, Michigan, moved to Winston-Salem (Midway), NC at an early age where he received his initial training in the things of God as a member of the Gates of Zion, Glorious Church of God, under the pastorate of Ben Robinson Sr. and later Bishop Robert Melton Jr.

Broderick’s anointed gift of song was used in the choir and with several gospel groups in the area which afforded him the opportunity to tour with various gospel stage plays where he met his wife and partner in the ministry, Lenore Sings, and eventually settling in Charlotte, NC.

In 1996, he joined New Covenant Bibleway Church and served diligently in several offices from choir director to outreach minister. There, he accepted his call into the preaching ministry and was licensed and ordained on October 7, 2007 by the late Bishop Curtis M. Beatty Jr.

Pastor Sings continued to equip himself for ministry by obtaining his Counseling credentials in 2008, from the American Association of Christian Counselors. As a four time graduate of Ambassador Christian College, he obtained his A.A., B.S., M.A., and Doctoral degrees in Theology.

In 2010, after serving 14 years at New Covenant Bibleway Church, Pastor Sings was released to begin his move towards the pastorate. Since he has been pastoring, God has shown Himself mighty and many have come to Christ under his leadership. Seasoned saints have been encouraged through his dynamic preaching and teaching. People in the community, often overlooked by others, have been assisted financially and fed literally and spiritually by Pastor Sings.

First Lady Lenore Sings

Lenore Sings, a Charlotte native, is the First Lady of Kingdom Covenant Church.  Lenore is a gifted and talented singer and has recorded with gospel artists and toured in gospel stage plays.  She performed The National Anthem at Bank of America Stadium, home of the Charlotte Panthers, in 2001 and 2003, written two play scripts, and enjoys wedding coordinating and directing.

Lenore attended North Carolina Central University and Central Piedmont Community College and currently works at Vanguard as a licensed registered representative with the SEC and FINRA regulatory agencies and holds her 6, 63, and 7 licenses. Lenore also has an Associate’s Degree in Biblical Studies from Ambassador Christian College.

For 35 years, Lenore was member of New Covenant Bibleway Church (formerly known as Bibleway Church #4), under the leadership of the Late Bishop C.M. Beatty, Jr.  There, she served on several ministries ranging from youth Sunday School Teacher to assistant to the church administrator.

At KCC, Lady Sings leads the Kingdom Women Ministry where she is helping women walk in the strength of their own beauty with integrity, and love. The Holy Spirit is using Lady Sings to bring women into a more intimate relationship with God and unity among each other through biblical content and transparency. As she accepts the mandate that God has called her to, she desires to mature in the word and grace of God.
